What's your WHY?

I coach because I’m passionate about helping athletes discover their potential—physically, mentally, and emotionally. I love seeing how far they can push themselves and how much they can grow when challenged in the right environment. My coaching philosophy is rooted in discipline, development, and long-term growth, shaped by years of experience across youth, collegiate, and military settings. Whether working with elite soldiers or young soccer players, I’ve always been driven by the belief that every athlete has untapped potential waiting to be unlocked.

I’ve been immersed in soccer since before kindergarten and have continued playing throughout my life. As a youth, I was part of the Colorado Olympic Development Program, which helped shape my competitive foundation. I went on to play at the collegiate level, then semi-professionally, and even had the opportunity to be paid to play while serving in the U.S. Military. My coaching background includes youth soccer, collegiate soccer and track & field, and physical training for Special Operations units in the military. I hold a Bachelor's degree in Sports Psychology, have Master's level coursework in Exercise Science and Kinesiology, and I hold a PhD. This academic foundation supports my holistic approach to coaching, blending physical performance, mental resilience, and technical development.
